Probate
A grant of probate is a legal document that authorises the Executor to manage the estate in accordance with the provisions of the deceased’s Will.
The Supreme Court Rules govern the timeframe for making an application for probate.
In order to obtain a Grant of Probate, the Executor will need to apply for Probate in the Probate Division of the Supreme Court.
